Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for selling Medcillary’s products to new and established customers by soliciting and maintaining contact with current and prospective key accounts. This position is also responsible for handling the inside sales by reaching out to potential new customers as well as servicing existing ones. This position is responsible for the data entry of customer orders as well as servicing existing ones. Customer returns and complaints are also handles by this position. Additional responsibilities include tracking activity, preparing and maintaining records for sales leads and account status as well as sales support for outside sales representatives.

Essential Functions:

· Contact regular and prospective customers to show the portfolio of products, explain product features, and solicit orders.

· Recommend products to customers based on customers' needs.

· Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms if applicable.

· Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, trade shows, etc.

· Lead development by participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences if applicable.

· Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

· Daily utilization of company CRM

· Providing sales support when necessary to outside sales reps; processing orders, bundling sample packages for sales reps to support business customers, PowerPoint presentation review

· Collaboration with marketing for promotional items, marketing one pagers, and PowerPoint presentations

· Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma: Required

Bachelors Degree in related field of study: Preferred

 

Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience in medical sales

 

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
